Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking a framing and customer service associate to help customers find products, complete framing orders, and keep the store welcoming and well merchandised.

You will operate the cash register, assist with Omni channel processes, stock frames, and support safety and SOP procedures while delivering friendly service. This role includes evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service; help locate products and offer solutions.
• Complete framing orders with accuracy and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and related areas; assist with stocking.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards; support Omni channel processes.
