Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in custom framing or related framing roles
• Experience framing jerseys, sports memorabilia, artwork, or shadow boxes preferred
• Strong knowledge of framing materials, mats, mounting, and conservation techniques
• Ability to measure, cut, and assemble custom frames accurately
• Experience using professional framing equipment and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to lift and move framed artwork and materials as needed

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble custom frames for jerseys, artwork, memorabilia, and certificates
• Measure, cut, and assemble frames, mats, backing materials, and glass/acrylic with precision
• Create shadow boxes and multi-dimensional displays
• Perform mat cutting, mounting, stretching, and finishing techniques
• Handle valuable artwork and memorabilia with care following best practices
• Collaborate with customers and teams to determine framing styles and layouts
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality before delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized production workspace
• Manage framing supplies and inventory levels
• Meet production deadlines with craftsmanship and attention to detail
