Qualifications

• 2+ years in custom framing, picture framing, art framing, or production framing.
• Experience framing jerseys, sports memorabilia, artwork, shadow boxes, or specialty displays preferred.
• Strong knowledge of framing materials, matting, mounting, and conservation techniques.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble custom frames.
• Experience using professional framing equipment and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design and assemble custom frames for jerseys, artwork, photographs, memorabilia, certificates, and specialty displays.
• Measure, cut, and assemble frames, mats, backing materials, and glass/acrylic with a high degree of accuracy.
• Create custom shadow boxes and multi-dimensional displays.
• Perform mat cutting, mounting, stretching, and finishing techniques using professional framing equipment.
• Handle valuable artwork and memorabilia with care while following preservation and conservation best practices.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble custom frames for jerseys, artwork, photographs, memorabilia, certificates, and specialty displays
