Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or woodworking environments (1–3 years preferred).
• Ability to read tape measures, work orders, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience using hand and power tools (routers, saws, sanders, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
• Solid understanding of material handling and fabrication processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and prioritize fabrication work.
• Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and technical drawings.
• Cut and prepare core materials using table saws, panel saws, and other equipment.
• Build and assemble custom countertops, including edge build-ups and specialty components.
• Apply edge banding using proper heating, adhesion, and alignment techniques.
• Perform laminate application, trimming, routing, and finishing processes.
• Use pinch rollers, sanding, filing, and detailing tools to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Label and stage completed products for the next phase of production or shipping.
• Coordinate with saw, CNC, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
