Job summary

Counter-Form LLC is seeking a Production Associate to fabricate and assemble high-quality countertops using hand tools, woodworking equipment, and production machinery. You will support multiple stages of the manufacturing process and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes quality craftsmanship, reading measurements, and following safety procedures. Full-time with overtime, first shift, and potential pay increases within the first year are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to read various measurements on paperwork and tape measure.
• Required to wear the necessary protective equipment; safety glasses and earplugs.
• Must understand and follow safety policies and procedures in the facility.
• Previous Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strength to lift up to 100 pounds intermittently.
• Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Push and pull items using hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble countertops using hand tools and production machinery.
• Ensure quality control; check pieces for correct size/length and laminate flaws.
• Review production order tags and support various stages of manufacturing.

First Shift: Monday thru Friday starting at 6:30am (No Weekends!)

What you will do

The Production Associate plays an important role in manufacturing high-quality countertops. This hands-on position involves using hand tools, woodworking equipment, and production machinery to fabricate and assemble products while supporting various stages of the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Retrieve, lift and place correct top and parts.
• Review production order tags.
• Assemble/apply wood parts for buildup and padding tops.
• Responsible for quality control, check each piece to ensure it is the correct size and length, and that the laminate has no flaws.
• Ability to expand knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strength to lift up to 100 pounds intermittently, while bending and twisting for long periods of time.
• Requires good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity, sufficient to grab, lift and carry and operate tools and machinery
• Push and pull items using hands and arms.
