Closet Factory Inc. in the Austin metro area is seeking a Custom Design & Sales Consultant who thrives on closing deals and designing on-site solutions.

This is a 100% commission role with a pay range of $35,000 to $100,000+ per year, paid training, and strong focus on pre-qualified leads and client outcomes. You will visit homes across the Austin Metroplex, translate chaotic spaces into organized designs, and drive the entire sale from first contact to inked contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or teaching experience.
• Ability to design solutions and close deals.
• Comfort with a 100% commission compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your pipeline from lead to close.
• Assess client needs and deliver custom design solutions.
