Closet Factory, Inc. is seeking a Custom Design & Sales Consultant for the Austin Metroplex. The role offers a 100% commission structure with earnings potential surpassing $100,000 annually.

You will design custom organizational solutions on-site, close sales, and manage your own schedule with flexible hours. You will start with pre-qualified appointments and be responsible for building relationships, presenting solutions, and following up to secure signed contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales (or teaching) experience required.
• Ability to design on-the-spot custom solutions for clients.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take control of your pipeline; manage leads, follow-ups, and negotiations to close contracts.
• Assess clients' organizational, aesthetic, and budget needs and deliver compelling designs.
• Educate clients and guide them from chaos to a signed contract with assertive closing.
