Up Closets of NYC is seeking a skilled trim carpenter to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of hands-on experience in trim and finish carpentry, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with melamine, MDF, or hardwood trim materials is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on trim or finish carpentry experience (required)
• Strong miter cutting, coping, and scribing skills
• Familiarity with tools used in trim and finish work (miter saw, nail gun, router, hand tools)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and professionalism on client job sites
• Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical tasks as needed
