Responsibilities

• Facilitates communication between customers, stores, and installers to complete installation on first visit.
• Resolves installation issues via phone and email with installers and stores.
• Collaborates with team members and supervisors to assist customers.
• Uses call logs/emails to inform stakeholders of issues during installation.
• Gathers information from callers to create clear incident descriptions.
