In this highly visible role as a Custom Circuits RTL Design Engineer, you will be at the center of a SoC design effort collaborating with all teams, with a critical impact on getting bug-free functional products to market quickly. This requires you to work closely with the circuit design team to review design and architecture specifications and with various design teams across the SoC partitions to understand the use cases and corner conditions to develop test plans. Furthermore, you will be required to develop the methodology for test benches and coverage monitors for functional coverage and assertions. You will also work on improving the RTL methodology as applicable to simulation and emulation scenarios.You will have the responsibilities as follows:- Design and implement behavioral RTL models for various custom SRAM arrays.- Work with logic/architecture team to determine specifications and assertions for custom SRAM arrays.- Work closely with custom circuit team to review schematics and understand how the RTL must model it.- Work closely with DV teams to verify functionality.- Work with SOC teams to successfully integrate custom RTL design into chip.
