Job summary

The Frost Bake Shop seeks a Customs & Events Manager to translate guest visions into edible reality, guiding custom orders from concept through delivery. You will lead 1-on-1 wedding consultations, host tastings, and ensure flawless communication and documentation to close sales.

Expert in client relations, detail-oriented, and proficient with MS Office/Google Drive, you will manage inquiries, coordinate with the bakery team, and represent the brand at events, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, food service, or event planning.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries within 7 hours with warmth and product knowledge.
• Provide 1-on-1 wedding consultations and lead tastings to close sales.
• Translate guest visions into written orders and sketches for kitchen execution.
• Manage high-volume custom order inquiries via website and email.
• Represent the brand at off-site charitable events.
