ESPEC North America, Inc. is hiring a Fabricator for our Custom Cabinet department. The role offers a 4-day work week with some overtime on Friday, a clean work environment, and opportunities for advancement.

Hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM with Friday overtime. The pay range is $22.14/hr to $24.84/hr, with potential OT on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• TIG welding certificate preferred.
• Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Proficient in building one model line.
• Performs TIG welding.
• Installs liners and cleans silicone.
• Cuts and installs insulation.
• Uses hand tools such as drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers and knives.
• Reads and follows prints.
• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Regular, physical attendance is required.

Hours

Monday - Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM, Friday OT. (Friday overtime: 75% of the time | 6-8 hours)

$22.14/hr - $24.84/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Proficient in building one model line.
• Performs TIG welding.
• Installs liners. Cleans silicone.
• Cuts and installs insulation.
• Uses hand tools such as drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers and knives.
• Drills and installs exterior panels.
• Reads and follows prints.
• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Performs other routine duties.
• Regular, physical attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to read tape measure.
• TIG welding certificate preferred.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
