Job summary

ESPEC North America Inc is hiring a Fabricator for our Custom Cabinet department in Michigan. The role features a 4‑day work week with some overtime on Friday, and a pay rate of $22.14–$24.84 per hour.

The position requires TIG welding and the ability to read a tape measure in a clean, safe work environment. Typical duties include building one model line, installing liners, cutting insulation, and using common hand tools while following prints and maintaining daily attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• TIG welding certificate preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in building one model line.
• Performs TIG welding.
• Installs liners; cleans silicone.
• Cuts and installs insulation.
• Uses hand tools such as drills, wrenches, grinders, screwdrivers and knives.
• Drills and installs exterior panels.
• Reads and follows prints.
• Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Regular, physical attendance is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM, Friday OT. (Friday overtime: 75% of the time | 6-8 hours)

$22.14/hr - $24.84/hr
