Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. is seeking a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to operate a variety of agricultural equipment outdoors and deliver exceptional customer service in Missouri Valley.

This role includes in-house paid CDL and equipment training, with opportunities to assist in agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. You will work both independently and with a team, enjoying a clear path for development through company-provided training programs and recognition for

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills and teamwork abilities.
• Some mechanical aptitude; willing to learn equipment operation and maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform varied physical tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agricultural equipment in outdoor settings.
• Assist with agronomy, propane and fuel operations.
• Work independently and within a team; adapt to seasonal schedules.

Job description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in good weather, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season.

What We Need From You

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
