Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. in Malvern, IA is seeking a motivated individual to be a Custom Applicator & Operations member, operating agricultural equipment and serving customers outdoors.

In-house CDL training and equipment training will be provided, with opportunities to work independently or with a team throughout the season. You will engage in agronomy and fuel operations, enjoy modern equipment, and be supported by company training programs, with equal opportunity employment and seasonal flexibility

Qualifications

• Entry level encouraged to apply.
• Must enjoy working outside and learning equipment operation.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/sit/climb as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of agricultural equipment and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
• Work independently and with a team; adapt to changing work assignments.
• Participate in in-house training and certification programs.

Job description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in good weather, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season.

What we need from you:

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
