AGRILAND FS is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to operate a variety of agricultural equipment and deliver exceptional customer service in Woodbine, IA. You will receive in-house CDL and equipment training and work independently or with a team, supporting agronomy, propane, and fuel operations throughout the season.

You will have opportunities for skill development through company training programs and can advance as you gain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Some mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform varied physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support a variety of agricultural equipment.
• Assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations.
• Participate in on-the-job training and company-provided programs.

Job description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in good weather, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season.

What we need from you:

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
