Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, mechanically minded individual to operate equipment and build strong customer relationships. The role includes paid in-house CDL and equipment training, with opportunities to support agronomy, propane, and fuel operations in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, with development opportunities and company-provided training programs to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to participate in in-house CDL training and endorsements.

AGRILAND FS is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and mechanically minded individual who enjoys a variety of work, operating equipment, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers paid in-house CDL and equipment training and the opportunity to support agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. You'll work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where duties change with the season, providing a wide range of experiences and opportunities to learn and grow.

What We Need From You

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
