Job summary

Federated Co-ops, Inc. is seeking a Custom Applicator Manager to oversee field operations from our Osceola, WI location. This hands-on role directs custom application, equipment and building maintenance while ensuring safety and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, a Class A CDL with DOT medical card, and pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain. You’ll calibrate equipment and coordinate staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain.
• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain.
• Valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain.
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements or ability to obtain.
• Must have working knowledge of agronomy equipment and routine maintenance.
• Understanding of calibration calculations (gallons per acre, acres per tank).

Responsibilities

• Supervises custom applicator team and commercial drivers.
• Ensure staff properly use and maintain equipment and building maintenance.
• Accurately maintain field mapping database.
• Assist with hiring process.
• Set up and calibrate equipment to be used in the field.
• Follows and oversees safety rules and regulations.

This is a hands-on position that will assist in directing, and coordinating custom application, equipment and building maintenance operations according to safety regulations and laws while maintaining efficiency, and outstanding customer service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Custom Applicator Manager include the following.
