Job summary

Ag Partners is seeking a Custom Applicator to operate field application equipment and apply crop protection and nutrient products for our farmer customers. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting local communities and contributing to meaningful work.

Responsibilities include operating spraying and blending equipment, delivering materials, performing fleet maintenance, and communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Operate field application equipment to apply crop protection and nutrients.
• Deliver bulk and packaged products safely.
• Perform blending and equipment maintenance.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate sprayer or airflow equipment for applying products.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
• Work additional hours during busy season, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform routine fleet maintenance and repairs.
