Gold-Eagle Cooperative in Titonka, IA is hiring a full-time Custom Applicator – Farm Equipment Operator to join our agronomy team. You will operate and maintain application equipment, calibrate for field conditions, and perform related labor to keep operations smooth.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with extended hours during peak season. A CDL is helpful and training is provided; a comprehensive benefits package is included after a 30-day probation period.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Ability to blend fertilizer and follow labels when blending crop protection products.
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and operate equipment with computer-assisted operations.
• A desire to learn the trade.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work well with others and take instructions from agronomy managers.
• Ability to perform laborious tasks repeatedly.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, including tools and crops.
• Ability to operate complex farm machinery and do routine maintenance on the machinery.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Custom applicator's license/CDL (recommended but not required; we will train)
