Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Detail oriented with strong time management
• Experience with Swift and US settlement processes
• Familiarity with DTCC and the US Fed settlement framework
• Proficiency in Excel and vendor interactions
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clearing and settlement of trades and related cash transfers
• Coordinate with front office, clients, brokers, nostro agents, exchanges, and IT vendors
• Oversee settlement date processes and post-settlement activities such as billing and asset events
• Investigate position holdings and transfer paperwork with transfer agents
• Support project-related tasks and cross-functional collaboration
