The City of New York Department of Correction (DOC) seeks an Associate Staff Analyst for the Custody Management Centralized Movement Unit (CMCMU). The role involves preparing summary reports, collecting and analyzing data, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with relevant budgeting/financial/analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Associate degree with 5+ years of professional experience.
• High school diploma with 7+ years of professional experience.
• Education/experience combinations allowed with credit substitutions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare summary reports and assist in monthly reporting.
• Collect, organize, analyze, interpret and present data.
• Perform daily reconciliation of FORNA and IIS reports.
• Verify detainee status and discharge information in IIS.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in detainee counts.
• Prepare daily reconciliation reports and communicate updates to ICE Unit.
• Enter SCOC data and generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
• Coordinate reports for ICE Unit, Legal Division and other agencies.
• Perform emergency tasks as required.

Formation

Master's degree in economics/finance/accounting/business/public administration/health/HR management/management science/OR/policy

Bachelor's degree

Associate degree (60 credits)

High school diploma
