TD Wealth seeks a Custody Administration Account Manager to administer an assigned book of Institutional Custody relationships in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will work with clients, third-party managers and operations to ensure timely and accurate transactions, retaining accounts such as Bond Trustee and Paying Agent.

Role requires 5+ years of related experience, knowledge of Corporate Trust laws, and strong sales, communication and presentation skills. Base is competitive with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience beyond listed requirements.
• 5+ years of related experience in custody or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Trust laws.
• Financial professional designation preferred.
• Proven sales ability, including attracting new clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and high performance standards.
• Ability to work with senior staff and meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Participates in presentations to Clients to provide information on trust and financial services.
• Monitors Clients' accounts, resolving problems and offering alternatives.
• Ensures accuracy and maintenance of Client records and files.
• Coordinates with more experienced staff to resolve difficult client issues.
• Communicates with Operations, Tax, Compliance and Sales for updated client information.
• Develops business plans to broaden and expand client relationships.
• Identifies referral opportunities within the book of business and engages partners.
• Attains predetermined annual sales, cross-referral and account retention goals.
• Assists PCS team members with business development activities.
• Meets with Clients regularly to review proposals.
