Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Facilities Lead Custodian to join our team in Columbus, OH (43235). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial facilities. As a Custodian, you will execute routine daily cleaning tasks, follow established cleaning schedules, and interact professionally with facility staff and visitors to deliver top-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Routine Cleaning: Perform regular sanitation and cleaning, including pulling trash, dusting surface areas, sweeping floors with a broom, and operating vacuum cleaners.
• Specialized Facility Care: Wash windows and glass surfaces using standard squeegees and cleaning solutions.
• Schedule Management: Read, understand, and strictly follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules to ensure all assigned areas are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with facility occupants, clients, and guests.
• Safety & Maintenance: Report any facility maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management in a timely manner.
