Qualifications

• Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e., vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.)
• Able to use reasoning and judgment
• Able to apply math skills to custodial tasks (e.g., cleaning solution calculations)
• Able to communicate effectively in writing
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel during the shift
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds

About This Role

Custodians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the client's facility, including, but not limited to, removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site.

Custodian Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms.
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Custodian Requirements

• Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.)
