Tree Top Inc. in Washington state is seeking a general facility technician responsible for sanitation, housekeeping, and plant upkeep. You will perform cleaning, trash removal, and support daily operations to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

SUMMARY:

Clean restrooms, empty trash, mop and wax floors, clean windows, clean lunchrooms, vacuum, maintain entrance to plant, shovel snow, oil and polish woodwork, and notify management of inventory/supply status.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk, hear, taste or smell.
• Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Occasionally climb and balance.
• Occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for testing, distance vision, color vision for testing and seeing color, peripheral vision to observe two processes, depth perception for working with equipment and the ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.

Salary Range: $18.79 to $24.05 per hour depending on qualifications

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll.
