Citizens Bank is seeking a Custodian Technician to maintain clean, professional office environments across our retail branches in the New York area.

This hands-on role emphasizes independent routine cleaning while supporting a team-oriented environment, with 40 hours per week and overtime eligibility. Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Responsabilités

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
• Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Vehicle maintenance as required

The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team‑focused environment.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License, required

Hours and Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40, overtime available
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm

The salary range for this position is $22-24 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
