Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Custodian Team Lead who will supervise daily cleaning operations on the gaming floor and common areas while handling weekly administrative duties. The ideal candidate demonstrates responsibility, guest service excellence, and the ability to mentor a diverse team.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with additional pay based on shift and experience. Mystic Lake offers weekly pay, on-site medical clinics, a robust benefits package including 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and basic email composition.

Preferred Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with high school graduate or GED.
