Job summary

Snohomish School District seeks a maintenance/custodial professional to perform a variety of building and grounds upkeep under supervision. Shift is 2:00 p.m.

to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 12 months per year, with a pay range of $32.03–$36.24 per hour per the district salary schedule for 2026-27. Applicants should have at least one year of custodial experience, the ability to read, write and speak English, and hold current First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen training; background

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Maintain valid First Aid/CPR with AED certification.
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training completed or provided at hire.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Maintenance/Custodial Supervisor and Building Administrator, is responsible for providing a variety of services relating to the upkeep of buildings/grounds. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.

Salary Range:

$32.03 – $36.24 per hour per the 2026-27 Snohomish School District Public School Employees Salary Schedule

Work Year:

8.0 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., 12 months/year

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

1. One (1) year experience or training in custodial or related fields preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English..
3. Maintain valid First Aid/CPR with AED certificate.
4. Bloodborne Pathogen Training, provided at time of hire.
5. Upon receiving a job offer, candidates must successfully complete a physical ability evaluation to ensure they can perform the essential job functions.
