Job summary

Hui Huliau Defense Systems LLC, based in Hawaii, is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to lead a three-person custodial crew and serve as the on-site liaison to the Government COR. You will direct cleaning operations, perform hands-on duties, and ensure quality control across all facilities.

The role requires US citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance and 3+ years in custodial work, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active interim or final DoD Secret clearance (required).
• At least 3 years of custodial or janitorial experience, including 1 to 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, at a facility of comparable size and complexity.
• Working knowledge of floor care (strip, wax, burnish, machine scrub, carpet care) and commercial cleaning equipment.
• Able to read and apply cleaning schedules and quality standards; reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, and use equipment for a full shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Description

Position Summary

Lead and perform custodial and janitorial services at Building 77. Serve as the on-site, designated point of contact for the Government (COR), direct the crew, run quality control, and personally perform cleaning and floor-care tasks. This is a working supervisor role.
