GRBS is seeking a Supervisor Bank Custodian for a full-time 2nd shift in SE Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead a cleaning crew, ensure building cleanliness and safety, and uphold GRBS standards with integrity and accountability.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication as you coordinate daily tasks, monitor performance, and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality results for our public school customers.

We have the following day custodian opportunities available in SE Grand Rapids Near 28th and East Paris Ave.

• Monday - Friday.
  • 3:30 pm - 12:30 am
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute the clean building process
  • Finish the job with GRBS tools
  • Complete 360 communication
  • Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
  • Lead with integrity and humility

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
