Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for Battle Creek Public Schools on the 2nd shift. This full-time role is Monday–Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will supervise cleaning staff, ensure building cleanliness per maps/specs, secure premises, and communicate with school customers while leading with integrity and dedication. We offer paid holidays after one year, PTO, daily pay option, health insurance, 401K, and

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time custodial supervisor opportunity available in Battle Creek Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend a month
• 4:00pm - 12:30am
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Supervisor Core Responsibilities-

• Clean the building to map/specs and secure the building
• Communicate with the customers
• Train, lead, manage, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Serve the team members
• Nightly perimeter door checks

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
