Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is hiring part-time custodians for school sites. You will perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Shifts are Mon-Fri 5:00pm-9:00pm or 9:00pm-1:00am with consistent hours and opportunities for advancement. Paid holidays after one year, PTO after four months, daily pay option, and health insurance after three months for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Follow GRBS processes and serve customers with respectful communication.
• Must be dependable and hard-working to complete shifts.
• This position requires punctuality and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.
• Come to work consistently and follow GRBS processes.
• Serve customers and communicate respectfully with all.
• Finish the job according to the map and shift requirements.

  • 9:00pm - 1:00am
• Team Member Core Responsibilities:

  • Finish the job to the map and shift

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
