Qualifications

• US citizen with an active interim or final DoD Secret clearance (required).
• At least 1 year of commercial or institutional custodial or janitorial experience preferred; will consider strong cleared candidates with less.
• Able to follow cleaning schedules and quality standards; reliable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, and use cleaning equipment for a full shift.
• Basic English communication for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning tasks including restroom sanitation, trash/recycling removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and breakroom/kitchen cleaning.
• Weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as detail cleaning, high dusting, machine scrubbing, and floor strip, wax, and refinish.
• Restock restroom consumables; police entrances, lobbies, and corridors.
• Operate vacuums, floor machines, and extractors safely; follow label and SDS safety guidelines.
• Follow all conduct, safety, and security requirements; wear uniform and badge; do not touch Government materials.
