The Custodian (8AM-5PM) position at Paycom in Grapevine, TX is a full-time role focused on maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of the company's building and facilities. Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day work is hands-on and detail-oriented. Core duties include:

Café and Cafeteria Support

Beyond general cleaning, the Custodian assists with waste disposal and room preparation in the café or cafeteria area. Additional tasks may include rinsing plates and loading them into the dishwasher, adding ice to soft drink dispensers, and moving heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies — either manually or with hand trucks. Regular attendance and performing other duties as assigned are essential.
