Job summary

TEC Services is seeking a Cleaning Crew Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers. You will professionally clean facilities, operate floor care equipment, and ensure corners and edges are thoroughly attended to.

We value detail, reliability, teamwork, and a safety‑first mindset. Night shifts and travel to various work locations may be required, with a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work night shifts and travel to assigned work locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move all reasonably portable items to allow for thorough cleaning underneath and behind as well as all corners and edges.
• Identify and note any damages or safety hazards, injuries, etc. to direct supervisor.
• Replenish/restock consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
• Utilize biometric timeclock to track labor hours in Paycom.
• Send pictures via phone/text message and email daily after cleaning is complete.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Continually required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, pallet jacks, and other equipment as required.
• Regular use of a mobile phone for communication and work-related tasks.
• Hearing and vision sufficient to safely perform job duties.
• Work is performed in warehouse, retail, grocery, or distribution environments.
• Must be willing to work varying shifts based on business needs.
