Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or six months custodial experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials/background checks.
• Must have a valid Real Id for access to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain work areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors with basic equipment.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, and draperies.
• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Replenish restroom supplies and maintain fixtures.
• Follow safety standards when using equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and requisition supplies.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professionalism.
• Complete required training and perform other duties.
