Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to rehabilitation services and meaningful employment for people with disabilities. This janitorial role supports facilities by cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, and public areas to maintain a safe, clean environment.

The position is full-time, requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 6 months of custodial experience, and adherence to safety procedures. U.S. citizenship and a valid REAL ID are required for access to the worksite.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of custodial or janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment.
• Dependability, teamwork, and ability to work with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust furniture and fixtures, polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and door panels.
• Empty wastebaskets and recycle materials appropriately.
• Replenish restroom supplies as needed.
• Follow safety standards and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain quality work and Didlake policies.
• Complete required Didlake training.
