Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking dependable Custodians to keep the outlet shopping center clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors. The role is hands-on and covers both indoor and outdoor areas.

No prior janitorial experience is required; we will train the right candidate. You will work across sidewalks, entrances, restrooms, and common areas, maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• No specific education or prior training required.
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Follows safety procedures and properly uses cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain outdoor common areas, including sidewalks, walkways, breezeways, entrances, seating areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep and remove litter, debris, leaves, and other materials from common areas.
• Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors in assigned interior areas.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, equipment, ledges, trim, and other surfaces.
• Follow established safety, security, and cleaning procedures.
