Triad Service Solutions is seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain the exterior and interior spaces of an outdoor outlet shopping center. You will clean sidewalks, entrances, seating areas, and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

This hands-on role requires stamina and attention to safety, with duties spanning indoor and outdoor spaces. Previous janitorial experience is a plus, but not required; the position emphasizes dependability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain outdoor common areas, including sidewalks, walkways, breezeways, entrances, seating areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep and remove litter, debris, leaves, and other materials from common areas.
• Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions to management.
