Job summary

LHP Capital, LLC is seeking a Custodian for our properties. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep common areas clean, maintain grounds, and support light maintenance to ensure a welcoming community for residents.

Ideal candidates have custodial or janitorial experience, a can-do attitude, a willingness to help, growth mindset, and a valid driver's license. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience.
• Willing to jump in and help where needed.
• Interested in learning and growing in property maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe common areas and community grounds.
• Assist with trash-outs of vacant units.
• Buff floors and wax as needed.
• Support light maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

As a Custodian, you’ll take pride in maintaining common areas and community grounds, assisting with trash-outs of vacant units, buffing and waxing floors, and supporting light maintenance tasks that help keep the property running smoothly.
