Job summary

Lee Manor Apartments in Athens, TN is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform duties across common areas, grounds, and light maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates have prior custodial or grounds experience, a hands-on approach, a willingness to learn, and a valid driver's license. LHP Capital offers strong work-life balance, a sign-on bonus, and growth opportunities.

• Previous working experience in grounds and/or custodial work is preferred.
• A person with a desire to be hands-on the majority of the day.
• A person with the desire and ability to learn and grow on the job.
• A person willing to pitch in for all aspects of property maintenance where needed.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas and community grounds to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with trash-outs of vacant units and upkeep of floors (buffing/waxing).
• Support light maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Your Role on the Team

Lee Manor Apartments are affordable 90 unit multi-family properties in Athens, TN. As a custodian you will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and a welcoming community for our residents. As a Custodian, you’ll take pride in maintaining common areas and community grounds, assisting with trash-outs of vacant units, buffing and waxing floors, and supporting light maintenance tasks that help keep the property running smoothly.
