Essential Functions:

1. Ability to read, reason and understand policies and procedures and related information
2. Follow verbal, written and/or demonstrated instructions
3. Ability to operate manual and automatic custodial equipment
4. Physical ability to perform all necessary job related upper and lower body movement
5. Ability to work in a team environment
6. Arrive and depart punctually, notifying appropriate personnel about absences and coverage
