Position Overview:
St. Eugene’s Early Childhood Center is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our team as aCustodian & Maintenance Technician. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our brand-new early childhood facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and have a strong sense of responsibility to help keep our center looking new, fresh, and safe for young children and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily custodial duties including cleaning classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture assembly, and preventative upkeep
• Ensure the facility remains in pristine condition, addressing wear and tear promptly
• Handle snow removal, seasonal upkeep, and landscaping support as needed
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Set up and break down for special events or classroom reconfigurations
• Report major repair needs or hazards to management promptly
• Respond to emergency maintenance or custodial needs as required

Required Qualifications:

• Prior custodial and/or maintenance experience (in school or childcare settings a plus)
