• Entrance Standards: ensure entrances are spotless with clean, properly positioned mats.
• Waste Management: empty trash and maintain cans.
• Lighting & Fixtures: monitor and replace bulbs and maintain fixtures.
• Patio & Pool Support: keep member patio clean and ready for daily use.

In this role, you will take ownership of the club’s appearance and operational readiness, assuming responsibility for general repairs, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance across the property.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operational Support:Partner with management to assist withmorning opening proceduresand address any immediate facility issues.
• Facility Upkeep:Maintain a tidy and functional environment by performing general repairs and "handyman" tasks as needed.
• Exterior Maintenance:Ensure all pavement, curbing, and parking lot entrances are clean; pressure wash main thoroughfares and high-traffic areas as necessary.
• Entrance Standards:Verify that all entrances are spotless and that floor mats are clean, tidy, and properly positioned.
• Waste Management:Regularly empty trash receptacles and ensure all cans are cleaned and maintained.
• Lighting & Fixtures:Monitor and replace light bulbs and maintain the appearance of all light fixtures.
• Patio & Pool Support:Ensure the member patio is clean and set up appropriately for daily use; assist with pool area maintenance as assigned.
