GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools on the 3pm-11:30pm shift. This full-time role leads cleaning crews, ensures building hygiene, and adheres to safety and school district standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the team, coordinating nightly cleaning tasks, maintaining supplies, and reporting to the site manager. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a school environment.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time 2nd shift custodian opportunity available inIonia Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Nightly perimeter door checks

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
