GRBS Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift custodian at Ionia High School. Work Monday–Friday with 1 scheduled weekend per month, 3pm–11:30pm, 40 hours per week, at $16.00/hour. You will clean the building, use GRBS tools, and lead team members with accountability and integrity.

• Michigan Public School requirements may apply.
• Individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify.

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and related tasks.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
