Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time custodian for the 2nd shift at Ionia Public Schools. The schedule is Monday–Friday with one weekend per month, from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. Pay is $16.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Ideal candidates are dependable, self-motivated team players who value integrity and strong communication while delivering consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background checks as required by Michigan Public Schools policy.
• Reliable transportation is required to commute to and from work daily.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools and complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns and nightly perimeter door checks.

We have the following full-time 2nd shift custodian opportunity available in Ionia Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend per month
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

$16.00/hour

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
