Job summary

GRBS Inc. seeks a Custodian Lead for Ionia High School on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). This full-time role offers a stable 40-hour week in the Saranac area with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

You will supervise a cleaning team, ensure building cleanliness, perform nightly door checks, and collaborate with school staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• Michigan Public School background check requirements apply.
• Commitment to cleaning and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and supervise a custodial team with integrity.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time 2nd shift custodian opportunity available at Ionia High School:

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the clean building process

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
