PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As working supervisor establish routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building and grounds operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:

• 3 years experience in the field

Special knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to direct, read, write, and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Good oral communication skills
• Complete knowledge in techniques for minor building repairs
• Complete knowledge in building and grounds maintenance
• Ability to operate, maintain, and lift all cleaning equipment
• Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
• Ability to supervise and train custodians in equipment operations, building and grounds maintenance procedures

Minimum Experience:

Three years experience in building and grounds maintenance or equivalent

Pay Family: 004 Pay Grade: 03 Calendar: 250 Salary: Minimum Hourly Rate: $12.41
